Damaged/Faulty Product

We accept refunds for items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund, you must email us within 5 days of receiving the product to alert us of the damage and attach a photo of the damaged item. Once we have been notified via email with a photo of the damaged item, we will refund the purchase.

Lost or Stolen Packages

HIITBURN Is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, HIITBURN will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer.
