I am so excited that you have decided to join me for this 30-Day Carb Cycling Challenge! I know the power of Carb Cycling when done right, and I can't wait for you to experience that.
Now, a few things before getting started...
The very first thing I need you to do, is check your email as you should have something in your inbox from us!
IF YOU DON'T SEE THE EMAIL WITHIN 15-MINUTES, PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM/JUNK FOLDER!
If you still don't see it, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
From there, here's what you can expect:
1) Your coach will be reaching out to you as soon as possible to get you all set up in our platform!
Please be patient - we work hard to get you access to the Coaching Platform and build your plan as quickly as we can. That being said, it does take some time on our end to start building your profile!
2) Once your coach has your profile set up in the app, you will have a questionnaire to answer so we can start building your Carb Cycling Plan!
3) From there, it's time to get started!
IMPORTANT: Even though the start date for the challenge is on Monday, some of you might start later depending on when you sign up. The reason for that is it takes about 24-48 hours to build your meal plan. That being said...
Do not worry. You're still going to get the full 30-days with your coach and in the group so you can get amazing results :-)
