For example, you could do...
1) Dumbbell Bulgarian Split Squats: 4 sets x 12 reps
2) Dumbbell Deadlifts: 4 sets x 12 reps
3) Dumbbell Lunges into Hip Thrusts: 4 set x 12 reps each
Then once your strength circuit is done, you move to HIIT...
Set your interval timer for 30-15 and complete 3 rounds on the exercises below...
Squat Jumps, Sit Throughs, Jumping Jacks!
Boom. Done for the day with an amazing workout!
