WHAT DOES HIITBURN METHOD INCLUDE?

HIITBURN Method is a 12-week workout guide that includes workouts 3x a week for 21 minutes or less!


HIITBURN Method is workouts for REAL PEOPLE, meaning whether today is your first day in fitness, or it you are a seasoned athlete, we give you modifications and progressions for your fitness level.


This program utilizes density intervals, which are designed to get you fit fast by getting more work done in less time.


The workouts include bodyweight, mini band, and dumbbell workouts to help you get lean and toned!

PRE-TRAINING GUIDE

This manual outlines the warm ups we recommend doing before each of the workouts.


We have provided 5 different options. Some are just bodyweight, while others will include a mini band. The reason we recommend warming up is to help avoid injury and to make sure you are ready to take on the workouts.

7-DAY JUMPSTART

The way to "reset" and prime your body to burn fat first while eliminating harmful toxins has to be done through the right nutrition approach.
